The Developer Stats page has an option to download a spreadsheet of revenue data for each month. You can use this spreadsheet to create graphs that show you your top earning items and ways you can optimize your game's revenue.
The spreadsheet contains detailed data about transactions that occurred in your game. You can use this to drill down and find very specific details about how your game is monetizing. For example, you can see how many people bought a specific item on their phone, or what percentage of your revenue comes from Game Pass sales or Developer Product sales. By looking at these numbers, you can find which strategies for monetizing your game are the most efficient.
On the Developer Stats page, click on the Data Export tab and select the month you want to download, then click the Download button. After the CSV has finished generating, the green button will change from Generating to Download.
Once you have downloaded the .csv file, open it up in your favorite spreadsheet editing program. The page contains instructions for using Microsoft Excel 2014, but you can also use Google Docs or OpenOffice.
You will notice that the spreadsheet does not contain a row for every sale that occurs. Instead, the data is bucketed by day. That means if there were two sales of the same item on the same day, they are going to appear as a single row. For example, if two players joined my game and both bought the same item on the same day, there would only be one row in the spreadsheet, and the SalesVolume would be 2.

A pivot table is a tool in Microsoft Excel that you can use to easily summarize and aggregate data from the larger table. With a pivot table, you select a subset of the table to examine, and you can easily create interactive graphs.
To create a pivot table, select the entire data table. The easiest way to do this is to click on one of the cells in the table and use the Ctrl+A shortcut to select all. Next, click the Insert tab, and click on Pivot Table. The Table/Range will already be filled in. Choose New Worksheet for the location you want the PivotTable to be placed.
Now that you have a Pivot Table, you can duplicate it and create different tables for different stats. Clicking on any cell in the Pivot Table brings up a pane which lets you choose which fields you want to use in your table. As an example, we will create a table that shows how many Robux you are earning from each item that is being sold in your game. Left click on any cell in the pivot table. In the pane that appears on the right, check the ItemName, Currency, and Revenue boxes. You should see a table like this:
To create a pie chart, select the pivot table by clicking on one of the cells and pressing Ctrl+A. Next, click on the Insert tab and select a 2D Pie Chart. You should see a chart like this:
To create a line chart, select the pivot table by clicking on one of the cells and pressing Ctrl+A. Next, click on the Insert tab and select a line chart. If you want to have multiple lines in your line chart, drag the column name into the Legend section of the PivotChart Fields pane.
To add labels, right click on the pie or line chart and select "Add Data Labels" from the context menu. Check the box for "Category Name." If the chart is a pie chart, you might want to show the Percentage.
Now that you have the tools, make whatever charts or graphs you want using the data. Here are some examples to start you off.
